Where do I meet my valet when I am departing DFW?
Your valet will be wearing a bright yellow shirt, and will be waiting for you at one of the following locations, based on your departure gate:
- Terminal A - UPSTAIRS in 1 hour parking garage across from your departure gate
- Terminal B - UPSTAIRS in 1 hour parking garage across from your departure gate
- Terminal C - UPSTAIRS in 1 hour parking garage across from your departure gate
- Terminal D - UPSTAIRS curbside outside your departure gate
- Terminal E - UPSTAIRS in 1 hour parking garage across from your departure gate
Who should I look for?
Valet staff is recognizable in our yellow shirts and khaki pants or shorts.
What should I do with my toll tag?
Many customers like the convenience of entering and exiting the airport with their toll tag. Simply let your valet know that you used yours. If you enter the airport with a toll tag, we will use your toll tag when we bring the car back to you. If you use your toll tag, you should expect a $2 to $3 charge on both your day of departure and arrival.
I pulled a ticket coming into the airport. Do I keep that?
If you pull a ticket, please give it to your valet. Your valet will use that ticket to exit the airport when delivering your car to our warehouse. When your valet comes back to the airport for your arrival, he/she will pull a new ticket for you.
Where will my valet be when I return?
If you check luggage, your valet will be waiting for you inside at baggage claim. If you do not check luggage, your valet will meet you outside of the door closest to your arrival gate. Be sure to turn on your cell phone when you land to receive a text message as to which door that will be.
Do use my toll tag to exit the airport?
Most customers will use the same method to exit the Airport as they do to enter the Airport. If you pulled a ticket when you departed, your valet should hand you a new ticket when you arrive. If you used your toll tag on your departure, you should use your toll tag to exit the Airport again.
Do you park my car onsite?
No. Your car will be taken offsite to our parking area.
Will my automobile be kept in covered parking?
While you are gone, your car is kept in our secure parking area.
How much does it cost to use your services?
All of our fees can be found on our Pricing Information page. The parking charges are based upon an eight hour day. Your charges up to eight hours will be prorated and anything over eight hours will be billed at the full day rate.
What is the DFW Fee?
The DFW Airport Board levies an 11.11% fee on every transaction as a privilege fee for operating at DFW Airport.
How much should I tip my valet?
At The Airport Valet, we believe that you should only tip commensurate with the service you receive. That said, currently the average tip is $3.00 - $5.00 on both departure and arrival. However, daily our valets’ tips do range from as low as $1.00 to as high as $30.00. We also realize that many of our repeat customers have become accustomed to receiving excellent service and would like to add their gratuity to their credit card charges when making a reservation. If you choose to designate a credit card tip, we will distribute the gratuity between both the pickup and drop-off valet attendants.
Will I have to pay DFW Airport toll charges?
DFW Airport requires a toll to enter or exit their property. If you park with us and pull a ticket, we will pay the exit fee upon your departure. However, when you arrive back, you will have to pay a $2 to $3 fee to exit the airport. If you use your toll tag, you can expect a $2 to $3 fee on both your day of departure and arrival.
How do I get my receipt?
Your receipt will be e-mailed to the address on file shortly after your arrival. You can also print a copy of your receipt anytime, by logging into www.theairportvalet.com.

How do I change my UserName to a different UserName?
Just contact us and let us know what you would like your UserName to be (spelling, etc.). We'll take care of it, and send you a confirmation e-mail with your changed UserName information.
I have created more than one UserName for myself. How do I combine them into one UserName so my reward points accumulate in once place?
Just contact us and let us know which UserName you would like to keep, and which UserName you would like to remove. We'll combine them as you wish, ensuring that you will retain both sets of reward points in the UserName you wish to keep. We'll also send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that the change has been completed.
